Two ways we can help.
One for when you do not know, one for when you do. Both end with a licensed Professional Engineer putting what was found in writing.
Finding out, and what comes next
For manufactured homes in seven states.
Inspection when you are not sure
An engineer can report what the current installation shows, including visible evidence of an earlier setup or a move. Records are the stronger proof, so the inspection works best alongside whatever paperwork exists.
Structural integrity report
If a lender is involved, usually a structural integrity inspection by a licensed Professional Engineer at the home's current site. The signed report documents whether the home was damaged or weakened in the move and how it is installed now.
Not sure which one you need?
